Nissan aimed to conceptualize a mobile application for their vehicle owners. The app would provide easy access to information, including up-to-date service scheduling, dealer maps, and VIN and odometer scanners, to assist owners throughout the lifecycle of their vehicles.

Senior UX design consultant working with key stakeholders. Facilitated discovery workshops, designed and delivered key screens.
KEY INSIGHTs
- Providing information to the owner about their vehicle at regular intervals is critical to building and maintaining a relationship between dealerships and owners.
- Coach-marks showing where on the vehicle users could find places to scan for more information on their vehicle helped the users on the journey to key features of the app.
